This one was intriguing! In 2000 there wasn't as many people posting and was more about the car Because so many know each other and the topics go everywhere The title most the time gives you an idea of where it starts, but who knows where it will go....... LOL Sometimes you miss out of something due to this but most the time not on important info X2, I am with ya CJ. Back when I first came to the site, I spent several days/weeks going through it section by section where I learned about the history of the car and so much more including the Events Photo's section which has seen much less activity since then. Initially I tried reading every post on a daily basis but these days, not so much. I usually click on "enhanced view" and look at the most recent post. If I see something interesting I will open and read it. Some subjects I simply won't open. An example is when someone posts something like "This is interesting" and all there is in the post is a link to something without any further information. I have a tendency to not open those out for many reasons including a fear of opening something with a virus or malware of some sort. Other subjects that I have read that somehow turn into target practice where a couple members go back and forth attacking each other verbally lose their appeal for me and I simply stop reading it. As much as I enjoy this site, I can do without some of the nonsense that takes place. Political section NEVER! Great site for info for sure. I concluded that I would open the thread and go directly to "Reply" and post. Then I thought, "How will anyone know that I didn't read all the posts? Hummm. Truthfully, I read about half the posts and then replied. This is a confusing thread for me. I don't know how to reply. StingRay no alprowl I go to active topics and decide which to read beachcat I read the titles of pretty much every post except for the events section and usually don't read the political posts. From there, I decide what to read. WildCat Did in the beginning, but not any more Dave Mills Not any more. I did in the early years. CJ For the most part yes........don't always have a comment, but do read! Landscape Doctor quote:

Some post by certain people I refuse to open...some post every time the wind changes direction that has absolutely nothing to do with anything.
Some like to paste and post things of little to no interest.
So I pick and choose. JeraneW I do not read as many as in the past. Ditto on the topics going onto different tangents. Once I see this happening on specific topic, I pass. I don't like high-jacked topics. 4gtwrk I scan the site at least twice a day and read quite a few topics. I don't post a lot, mainly read to learn about the car. Terry I initially thought of not reading the thread to validate that I don't read all the posts. But then I thought, "If I don't open the thread how will they know that I didn't? Hummm."
What if I lied? padroo I read most of the threads, Sometimes I just read a lot of them without a reply. DrillinU I try to keep up with the information, but it escapes me often, Randy Cobb No.
I travel some, but do review every day that I'm in my office.
Go to Political first, the Off topic, then General Prowler. Go to others if I need something.
